Chocolate Poker and Rakerace.com now provides a money back guarantee for all deposits made until the 15th July, up to $10,000.

• If you make a deposit until the 15th July and then happen to lose your bankroll until the 31st December, you will receive a refund matching your deposit, up to $10,000
• The table below shows how many CPPs you are required to collect every month in order to receive your money back:

• At the start of the promotion, players need which level they want to participate in. The availability of a certain level depends on the sum of your deposits made until the 15th July.
Promotion Rules:
• The deposits that can form part of the promotion need to be made between the 18th June and 15th July
• If you desire to take part in the promotion, you need to send an e-mail to mbg@chocolatepoker.com until 15th July at the latest. This message has to contain your user name. Only registered members of Chocolate Poker are allowed to participate. Players can indicate in this message the level they desire to participate at: MBG 1; MBG 2; MBG 3 or MBG 4. If there is no level stated, you will automatically be enrolled into the highest possible level. Your application will be accepted, if you agree to the Terms and Conditions, to be received after registration. You can start generating CPPs after receiving the reply upon the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. If you make a deposit after having started generating CPPs and have not provided a desired level, you will automatically be enrolled into a lower level, of which you will be sent a notice. Players are free to change their level until 15th July by sending an e-mail to mbg@chocolatepoker.com. On the 16th July, all participants will receive a final Contract, to which they have to send back an e-mail stating their acceptance to mbg@chocolatepoker.com until 20th July at the latest.
• The maximum possible amount of money stated within a certain level will be refunded.
• If, in one month, you do not reach the minimum requirements of your level, you will not receive money back.
• CPPs generated at cash game tables higher than $0.5/$1 and sit&gos and tournaments with fees higher than $50+$5 will not count towards your progress in this promotion.
• Money lost at cash game tables higher than $0.5/$1 and sit&gos and tournaments with fees higher than $50+$5 will not be refunded.
• CPPs acquired at Jackpot sit&gos and Heads Up tables will not count towards your monthly CPPs generated.
• Money lost at Jackpot sit&gos and Heads Up tables will not be refunded.
• Money won/lost in the casino will not be refunded or considered in any way.
• Taking part in the Money Back Guarantee promotion excludes participation in other promotions. The only exception is a promotion whose rules state that ‘this promotion can run in parallel with the money back guarantee’. The rake race organized by Rakerace.com makes an exception here.
• At the beginning of the promotion, and also at the beginning of every following month, players will receive the VIP1 status, and their points accumulated beforehand will be nullified. A given month will be accepted if you have generated the amount of CPPs required. At the end of the promotion, you will get back the status you had before the start of the promo, and you will receive all your previously nullified CPPs, together with those that you generated above the required monthly amounts throughout the promotion period.
• Cash-outs can be made during the promotion period, if it does not exceed the amount of your bankroll minus the amount of your money-back guarantee. If, after a cash-out initiated by yourself, your bankroll is less than the amount of your money-back guarantee, you will be excluded from the promotion.
• During the promotion, you are not allwed to use your CPPs in the store. Purchasing from the store with CPPs will result in exclusion from the promotion.
• Every action indicating collaboration with other players will result in an exclusion from the promotion and a ban from the site.
