Niklas Heinecker Wins $1.1 Million in Two Days

Niklas ‘ragen70’ Heinecker has been dominating the NLHE games online in the past couple of days. He won the most from one of the largest high stakes fish today, ‘MalACEsia’.
In the past two days, huge high stakes action has gone down at Full Tilt Poker, the biggest winner of which being Niklas ‘ragen70’ Heinecker: he profited $1,142,952 in 1,062 hands. On Tuesday, he was runner-up with $339,471 behind ‘proudlikeagoat’, who won $611,181.

On Wednesday, however, ‘ragen70’ had an undisputed dominance; the young German player, winner of the GuangDong Asia Millions for $4,456,885 in June, owned the $400/$800 NLHE 6-Max games, beating the likes of ‘Trueteller’, ‘IReadYrSoul’ and the aforementioned ‘proudlikeagoat’. Heinecker had $803,482 in profits at the end of the day, mostly earned from one of the largest high stakes fish of today, ‘MalACEsia’, who lost a total of $914,875. Despite the initial momentum, Wednesday did not favour ‘proudlikeagoat’, either, losing $269,309. Another one to lose a 6-digit sum was ‘Call_911’ with a loss of $101,175.

The biggest hand of the day occurred on a $400/$800 NLHE 6-Max table: ‘IReadYrSoul’ posted the SB and ‘MalACEsia’ the BB. ‘Trueteller’ folded from UTG, ‘ragen70’ bet $2,000, ‘Call_911’, ‘proudlikeagoat’ and ‘IReadYrSoul’ folded, while ‘MalACEsia’ 3-bet to $7,200. ‘Ragen70’ called, the flop came {#}9 {#}5 {#}7 and ‘MalACEsia’ bet $9,600. ‘Ragen70’ raised to $25,600, ‘MalACEsia’ 3-bet to $80,000, ‘ragen70’ shoved with $409,805 and ‘MalACEsia’ called all-in with $193,975.

With these sessions, the German pro took over the lead in the monthly online high stakes profit list with $2,025,373 in winnings in August. The runner-up is Dmitry ‘Rhje’ Yaskevich with $1,699,850, while the biggest loser of the month is ‘MalACEsia’ with $-2,111,258.

In the annual perspective, Kyle ‘cottonseed1’ Hendon leads with $3,820,604 in profits in 37,962 hands. He is followed by ‘Rhje’ with $2,869,262 in 49,820 hands and Viktor ‘Isildur1’ Blom with $2,822,715 in 268,280 hands. The biggest losers are ‘samrostan’, Gus Hansen and ‘MalACEsia’, all around $3.3 million in losses, but they are closely followed by Phil ‘Polarizing’ Ivey with $2.9 million down.
