$1 Million is Up For Grabs with 888poker’s KO Games
This year, 888poker will astound fans with over $1 million guarantees in its Knockout Games (KO Games) tournament. The Knockout Games
This year 888poker decreased the number of events, last year there were 44 numbered events with an overall guarantee of $2 million while this year there are 29 events with a guarantee of $1 million. Format
This series will have various mystery and standard bounty games, where you knock out your opponent and receive a bounty as a reward. Buy-ins for this series range from $11 to $525 for high rollers. You can get up to $20,000 for a knockout, but that isn’t the only highlight of this tournament.
Main Event
The KO Games is better than ever as it introduces the Overlay Edition in its KO Games Mystery Bounty Main Event (ME). This overlay edition means that while the overall guarantee of this game is an impressive $200,000, the buy-in is only $25!
As such, even casual players can become part of the ME action. The Day 1s run between December 5-11, while the Day 2 also runs on December 11, and the final table is played the day after that on the 12th.
Other Events
Another highlight to look out for is KO Games #19 Mystery Bounty, which has a buy-in of $162 and offers a $200,000 prize pool. It also features several Day 1s, and like the Main Event, the 888poker Twitch channel will stream the final table on December 5.
There’s also the #14 Mystery Bounty Mini for casual players, which has a $55 buy-in and a $40,000 overall guarantee. It kicks off on December 3, for players who want a quick and fun tournament.
How to Enter the ME
You're able to enter this tournament in multiple ways. The first is by playing daily freerolls at 888poker, as there’s a chance you can win a ticket to the Main Event. The daily freerolls will run until December 11, to give you until the last possible moment to qualify. However, satellites for this tournament also begin with as little as $0.01 to qualify.
The exciting Snowmen Festival Knockout Challenge is another event where you can win a qualifier ticket to the Main Event. Of course, if all else fails, the buy-in is only $25, meaning you can just enter the game directly without spending hundreds.
