The poker industry is in constant flux, providers are constantly working to improve their services, therefore it is crucial to find a proper network to operate in. According to the latest news, our partner, Purple Lounge chose to change networks in order to provide an even better service to their registered users. The room currently is part of the Microgaming Network, but according to their officials, Purple Lounge will operate under the Entraction Network from 16 January.


The Entraction Network (most precisely its predecessor, B2B) was founded in 2000, it has been the subsidiary of International Game Technology (IGT). Entraction is one of the leading networks in the poker industry, currently it is the 13th biggest in the world. When the Nevada-based IGT acquired the company, the plans got even bigger, they pumped much money into the development of Entraction. Their aim is to get even higher on the list of networks and compete with iPoker for example.

Purple Lounge therefore will continue to do business under the Entraction Network from 16 January. The new client will be availble on that day. Players will need to re-register, but their bankrolls will remain intact.

Rakeback changes:

Purple Lounge offered 30% fix rakeback to its players. Under Entraction it will still provide the 30% fix, but players will have an opportunity to choose a tiered rakeback of 16-45% as well. The latter is only advisable for players who generate over €2,500 rake a month, they will benefit from it, but players who generate less rake will be better off with the 30% fixed system.

The 30% fixed rakeback will be credited on the 1st and 15th of al months, the tiered rake will be paid durign the first days of the month.

Rake Races:

The change of networks doesn't affect our exlusive promotions, therefore, the Exclusive Purple Lounge $2,000 rake race will go on as usual. However, the room will offer new central promotions from now on. Just to mention a few, our players now can participate in the €60,000 Race, which runs from 16 January to 15 March. Payouts will be handled in two forms: the first top 50 players will share a €32,000 prize pool, plus 4 2-week-long races will be organized, €7,000 each (40 players will share the winnings). Anyone who applies for the €60,000 race will automatically participate in both races.

Bonus:

It's also worth mentioning that Purple Lounge will offer a €1.000 Stay and Play Reload Bonus from 16 January. This is a 200% max €1,000 deposit bonus (not only for first depositors). The bonus will be credited after every 200 Entraction VIP points. 1 Entraction VIP point is awarded after €0,5 generated rake. To get the maximum bonus of €1,000 out, you'll need to collect 10,000 Entraction VIP points.

There is no time limit set to get the bonus, but you'll have to keep 75% of your bankroll in the room until you collect the bonus. Purple Lounge will consider your 8 January bankroll 100%, therefore, you will have to keep 75% of that during the bonus period in the room. If you don't cash out at all, your time of clearing the bonus might be shorter.
