What March Has In Store For Rake Races

Last month only 12 players entered the race for 20 paying places in an iPoker room’s rake race. This improves the prospects of our members – even 100% rakeback?

 

Everest – iPoker

That iPoker room was Everest. Our Everest rake race re-launched in February, and many of our members haven’t rediscovered it for themselves yet. You are missing out on a great deal of extra expected value if you’re one of them. In February, only 12 players entered the race while there were 20 places awarded with money – this means a chunk of the $2,000 prize pool went to no-one… Also, four of the competing users scored a rakeback over 100%. There’s an incentive for you!

PokerKing – Winning Poker Network

For the WPN, our exclusive cash race was held on PokerKing. According to PokerScout, Winning Poker Network is ranked 8^th in terms of cash race player traffic in the .COM/EU market.

PokerKing’s novelty rake race with a progressive prize pool, called the Target Race, continues in March. The prize pool increases as the combined rake generated by the players grows. You can read more about it here.

Last month the racers failed to meet the amount that would precipitate the $1,000 jump for next month – but not by much! Therefore PokerKing decided not to leave their hard working players unrewarded but to increase the prize pool by $500 – swelling it up to $2,500!

PartyPoker – Party-Bwin

We already reported PartyPoker’s special March promotions in this article. To recap: on top of the $4,000 exclusive rake race PartyPoker also throws in tickets for satellites for their live tournament, the PartyPoker Live Grand Prix Austria. Those tickets’ combined value is around $600 which means the prize pools grows from $4,000 to $4,600.

The PartyPoker Live Grand Prix Austria will be held April 6^th-10^th in the Montesino Casino in Vienna, Austria with a $500,000 guaranteed prize pool.

And we’re not done yet: we also managed to arrange a $22,500 pooled race for our members. Here you can compete with players from the room’s other partner sites.
