High Stakes Poker set to return for season 6

<strong>The wait is over and details are finally out for the highly anticipated return of High Stakes Poker. Season six will premiere on February 14, 2010 at 8.00pm on the GSN (Game Show Network) and is set to be filmed at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas.</strong>
As per usual, the line up for season six will include some of the biggest players in the business, with a few new faces. GSN have also announced that this year Gabe Kaplan will have a female co-host Kara Scott. Scott has an impressive background in both presenting and playing poker and will surely bring a new edge to the show. Some of Scotts past roles included presenter for EPT, main host for Poker Night Live and one of the personalities on Sky Poker. Scott also finished second in the 2009 Irish Open for €312,600.

The fifth season of High Stakes Poker was well known for its huge pots and who can forget when Tom Dwan shocking the poker world winning a whopping $919,600 pot from Barry Greenstein last year. Season six is set not to disappoint, with a minimum buy in of $200,000 there is sure to be massive amount of money to be won. Sit back and stay tuned February 14th is when it begins.
