Tony G was reacting to the selling of Peter Eastgate's WSOP bracelet in his very own style, which is already admired by his fans. Many consider it ignorant and enraging to sell such a relic, hence they like the idea of Tony G giving it to his dog. He already has some plans how he intends to "upgrade" it to be able to use it as a collar:
"I have a few ideas about how to modify the bracelet into a dog collar. I may well call upon Robert Williamson III’s wife Cate (not from the House of Windsor) who is a top jewellery designer to help me and am exploring other options. Zasko has a neck like Mike Tyson so it is going to take some work." - he writes.
Tony adds he doesn't want to mock Peter Eastgate, even if many think he does. He reassures everyone he really wants to do this, as it's a great idea, and Zasko is of such a great bloodline he deserves to run around in style.
"I have had a number of comments about whether this demeans the value of a WSOP bracelet. You’ve got to have a laugh in life and this is what this is – a bit of fun for a good cause. And yes… I haven’t yet won a bracelet but it is only a matter of time."
The poker pro also wants to start a breeding programme so there can be more little Zaskos, all in need of a new bracelet in the future.
Although, if you want to keep Tony G from buying the bracelet, you can still buy it on eBay, all money goes to charity.
